The Happiness Diet

Dinner:
A cup of hot milk with fruit sugar and a spoon of cocoa + a cup of licorice, hibiscus, or boiled mint + a large piece of red watermelon + a cup of thermos or 7 to 10 almonds + a plate of green salad or tabbouleh with brisket. Chicken marinated with cinnamon, cumin, black pepper and lemon.
The second program lasts for 4 days

At five o’clock in the afternoon, an orange is eaten.
Breakfast:
2 cups of water, then 2 cucumbers, lettuce, 2 carrots, 2 slices of brown toast + 2 tablespoons of cheese and tomatoes or diet jam.
Lunch:
A cup of water + 4 to 8 peanuts + an orange and a small plate of plain biryani rice with okra, meat, boiled or grilled chicken, in addition to a green salad or tabbouleh.
Dinner:
A cup of water + 4 to 8 peanuts or almonds + an orange + 2 cups of water + a chicken breast, plus a green salad or tabbouleh.
